I am pregnant with my 4th baby and im terrified of a mc

I have had 3 very healthy pregnancies with no issues and I have never really been scared of having a miscarriage. I don't understand why but this time around I cannot get it off my mind and it really bothers me. I'm at 10weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

Congrats on your pregnancy. It's definitely normal to worry like that and you're definitely not alone. It's easier said than done but try keep occupied and focus on the fact that today you are pregnant. You're not far off from the second trimester and your risk of m/c drops every day. There is a great thread posted several times around TB that shows your statistical chances of NOT having a m/c. I can't link it but if you search you'll find it and it will hopefully reassure you!

I am right there with you. I have had three text book pregnancies with my boys being 8,5 &4. I am horrified that the last birth that ended in and emergency section messed up something. I read those stats that the pp was talking about and it helped me ease my mind but still. I'm worried.

I'm also pregnant with my fourth baby. I'm 28 weeks today. I was nervous too. Only because I have had very easy/healthy pregnancies and people always say it won't be that easy with all of them. But things are going awesome. It's just your mind. Just relax and enjoy the pregnancy. Definitely don't worry too much.

Congratulations!!! This is also my 4th pregnancy and I have the same fears. I think once we get past the 1sr trimester the fear will start to dissipate.
