I was diagnosed with tachycardia when I was 5. I have learned to control it but I the very early weeks my heart was giving me trouble. I seem to be okay now but my chest hurts on my left side. It feels tight. Anyone else?
You should probably talk to your OB and/or cardiologist. Heart issues are not something to be overlooked and pregnancy can definitely put a strain on it.
Definitely not something to let go. You need to get in to see a cardiologist. You'll need to be monitored throughout your pregnancy.

I was diagnosed right before I got pregnant/right when I found out. Was having bad palpitations, a few pains, some tightness, and racing heart. The racing heart and palps have been much worse while pregnant. My anxiety has been so bad that there have been times that my heart was so fast I was bracing myself for a heart attack. My OB double checked my echo, EKG, and holster and when she saw my heart was very healthy she put me on a VERY low dose class B anxiety medication. It's been just enough to take the edge off. I would call your ob and see what she thinks (maybe have an echo to make sure all is good) and then discuss medication options. My OB didnt want me heart that fast while preg. My resting is usually 59bpm so it was def a huge difference. What does your chest pain feel like?
