Look a few threads down and see how questions like this are generally received around here. Nub theory is roughly 50% accurate, flip a coin, that'll give you the same chance of correctness.
That being said, you have a profile shot. How exactly do you expect people (if they wanted) to actually do anything given the part in question isn't even visible?
Wait for your anatomy scan and hope baby cooperates. That's your best bet.
Hmmm "Fun"..... Magic mountain, Disneyland, Las Vegas, snowboarding, shopping, dancing, travel, yoga..... Nope, sorry- guessing your child's sex is not on my fun list. Also- that is a grainy, profile shot that doesn't even show the nub.... Were we supposed to just imagine the nub and guess or what was your plan here?
What even is nub theory? Where we are no one really uses any of the "prediction methods" we wait till AS or birth no one i know has ever asked me to guess via ultrasound. Hell i usually cant even tell what im looking at! Uuuuh you are having a baby is my guess

The theory is that based on the angle of the nub that will become the genitals, you can tell if it's a boy or a girl. Proponents claim someone trained in this theory can tell sex with 90 some % accuracy at 12 or so weeks. That being said, they always say to not go out and buy gender specific items until confirmation at the anatomy scan aka we'll make a guess but we're likely to be wrong so don't do anything drastic based on what we tell you.
