I really love the name Leo for our #2 baby if a boy. My husband, not so much. He doesn't like it as a stand alone name, and neither of us like the names Leonard/Leon/Leonardo. Have you ever heard Leo as a NN for anything else,or is it time to move on

If he doesn't like Leo at all (NN or otherwise), it's time to move on.  Both parents should like their child's name.

I love Leo as a stand alone name. However, if he doesn't like it, he doesn't like it. It would be time to move on.

I know a little boy named Leo and he is actually the third. So I can say it ages very well as his grandpa, dad, and four year old Leo all go by Leo.

I think Leo works fine as a stand alone name. There's a little boy named Leo in DS's music class and he's SO CUTE. After meeting him I like the name even more!

I think Leo is a perfectly legitimate stand alone. 

I fought my husband tooth and nail to use Leo for our second, but in the end we used another name. Good choice!
