Thanks for your input. I could see where my original post may have confused you. There are actually prenatal yoga workouts that are specifically geared for first, second and third trimester. I'm looking for someone to recommend theirs.
Mine was sleeping. I couldn't find the energy to get myself out of bed most mornings during my 1st trimester, let alone work out. :-(
