On October 14th I went in for an ultrasound and found out that the baby had passed away. I decided to wait for the miscarriage to naturally happen. I experienced very light bleeding October 28th - November 4th. Im very confused because it stopped. Is this the beginning of a miscarriage? Is this normal?

    I would follow up with your doctor and push for an ultrasound to make sure everything has passed. Depending on your body and how far along you were, it could be normal, but it doesn't sound like a common experience. If you have not passed all the tissue, you may need medical help to "finish" the miscarriage. If the uterus doesn't empty it can cause an infection or prevent your cycles from returning to normal.

    you haven't passed any clots? it seems like it may have "stalled", have you tried walking around? at 11 weeks you're gonna know when it happens (i talked to you on your other post, I mc at 12w) mine started as brown discharge then turned red but didn't have any real blessing until the day of mc. after mc bleeding continued 4 days then went to light bleeding/spotting then back to heavy bleeding. did the up and down for a little over a week. but as @marie2409 i would check with my DR so they are aware of whats taking place. and can make sure everything going as it should. I wish you the best.

    I agree with PPs on checking with your doctor. If they saw the mmc on October 14th, I believe they should have had you come back already to make sure you either passed everything at home or to get things going and avoid infection, but that's just my opinion (not a doctor!).

    I've had a similar situation, only light bleeding for over a week now but have been to the doctor twice. TBH, I thought maybe this is just how it would be for me, but the doc is pretty concerned that there has been no heavy bleeding so I have to follow their orders. When this started, I started seeing light bleeding on a Saturday and everything was still there on Monday. The bleeding continued nonstop and I passed tissue (and yucky smelling blood) on Thursday and was convinced I was done. Ultrasound on Friday and there was still not significant progress so they gave my Miso. FF to today and I'm still bleeding nonstop, just lightly, so I'm going back in tomorrow.

    You might just not bleed a lot.  The nurse practitioner I worked with said it might be the same, lighter, or heavier than a period.  I had a few clots, but only one that seemed out of place for me.  In other words, I knew it was different than a period because it was very light for a week/spotting, then just a day or two of "normal" bleeding.  Overall, less than a period.

    How far along were you?  Ensure your doctor is checking your HcG so it goes down to 0 and rules out things like etopic pregnancy, incomplete m/c, etc.  It's likely you just didn't bleed much, but it's important to make sure your body took care of everything.  I'm so sorry you had to go through this.
