Has anyone else to build a horrible snoring in this third trimester? I am snoring so loud my boyfriend can't even sleep in the room with me The snore strips are not working, anyone have any suggestions?
I'm having this problem too. My fiancé can't sleep with me because it's so bad. I feel awful about it. I don't have any solutions except for sleeping apart which we have been doing. Good thing he gives me the new comfy bed..
Husband a few weeks ago: I love you and all the changes that have happened to you with the pregnancy. But you were perfect. You never snored. Now it's awful. I hope that goes away when you're not pregnant anymore.
He seemed so jokingly/serious sad lol. I was cracking up.
Hubby has sleep apnea and knows he doesn't get to complain about me snoring, however I've started waking myself up with it. Best things I've found are a decongestant and a humidifier. Also just not sleeping flat if I can help it. At least it goes away after baby is born like so many lovely pregnancy symptoms.
It goes away. I've had this with all 3 pregnancies. This time seems to be the worst, though. DH wakes me up two or three times a night muttering things like, "Ohmygodpleasestopitstopitstopit," and "Jesus, babe." I have offered to move into the guest bed so he can get some restful sleep. He can irritate me to the point of madness but my heart melts when I offer to move to the other room and he snuggles me close and says he sleeps better with me next to him. Kind of ruins it, though, when he follows that up by pinning me down and demonstrating just how loud I snore by making what sounds like moose mating calls half an inch from my ear.

My DH is the snorer in the relationship. Its usually not that bad, but this cold he's had has made it much worse the past week or so. Between his snoring and the dog tossing and turning in his crate (he sleeps by our bed) I get so irritated when I can't sleep! Add a baby into this mix and I feel like I will never sleep again. Sigh.
DH has been sleeping in the guest room since sometime during 2nd tri because of my snoring, my getting up several times to pee during the night, and DD's off and on coughing through the monitor (allergies).
Nothing works to get rid of it for me: back sleep, side sleep, taping mouth shut, etc. I snore with my mouth closed; it comes out somewhere along my sinus passages. For me, it comes with pregnancy and goes away after.
My husband used to snore like a freight train. He tried everything under the sun. Finally, he ordered this SnoreRx thing online -- it was about $100 and had a money back guarantee so he decided to give it a shot and it works amazing for him!!! Now, the worst it gets is some loud mouth breathing!!
I've started to snore.... and drool. It's gross. Sometimes I wake up with nosebleeds because my sinuses are so congested, it's getting old. A humidifier and saline nose spray seem to help alleviate it some, but not much. Fingers crossed it goes away after pregnancy because I don't want to snore, drool and wake up in blood for the rest of my life. Lol
