Those yucky vitamins.

My LO hates the vitamins. The smell of them make me wrinkle my nose so can't blame him. It makes me so sad to have to give them to him and listen to him struggle to choke them down. Any body have any tricks to help the process? I haven't introduced a bottle to him yet (he's two weeks) so can't really mix them in.

    Are you giving the one that is a 1mL dose? My pedi said you can get a version that the dose is a drop which you can put directly on your breast during a feeding session. Thankfully my LO seems OK with it, but I tend to forget :(

    Yes it's the 1 ml dose. Poor guy, I hate giving them.

    Ours threw up the enfamil brand every time. I can't blame her I gagged from the syrup smell but it was the sample we were given. Our pediatrician told us to go to natural grocery or a similar store and get the concentrated 1 drop dose. These have no flavor at all and she doesn't even notice when we drop it in her mouth (we usually go for it during a screaming session).
