I am not trying to start any type of argument I know the vaccination discussion has been brought up a ton of times but here is a great read that can offer another perspective on vaccinations.

Re: Vaccinations:Finally found the article I've been searching for about vaccinations
The type of mercury found in vaccines is not the kind that has been shown to be an issue. The type that has been shown to cause problems is called Methyl mercury. This is NOT the type of mercury in vaccines which is called Ethyl mercury. Ethyl mercury in vaccines is a larger molecule that cannot cross the blood-brain barrier to enter the brain.
I wouldn't even bother commenting on this post to me it just yells attention seeking (I'm bored) drama post!
People come up with the stupidest reasons to be irresponsible parents it's causes autism, it causes sids blah blah blah when there is actually Zero proof.
No ifs or buts about it! Vaccinate your child don't be a moron, otherwise keep you child away from mine!
Thank god I live in Australia where the government won't pay you if you don't vaccinate or you can't enrol into child care/ daycare/ preschool and school if you don't!
There are, however, reasons I do understand people's choice to not vaccinate but I'm not taking that risk and my kids simply won't be around those kids.
Not trying to start a fight at all but @JazzJustJazz I assume when your mom was a kid she might not even have one tv nevermind one in every room along with tablets, cell phones, toys that beep and light up or so many toys you have one for each day of the year. I bet she played outside daily and used her imagination more than played with toys. None of those things strike a chord with being a reason for heightened ADD and ADHD diagnosis? Also, there is no known cause of autism and they strive daily to find one. I think if it were vaccines that caused it, they'd figure something out or at least try to. But there are studies that have been done to prove vaccines are not the cause of autism. And the studies that said they were, it recently came out that these studies were rigged and crap.
I think vaccines aren't entirely safe, but not vaccinating isn't safe either. We chose to do a modified schedule which is more personalized to our child. Giving 7-8 shots at once to babies that are different sizes and have different health issues is unethical, bottom line.
