You want to restrict seafood to about once a week but you're good to go!

Update since o know you all care. DH and his business partner and their GM are at lunch at hard house by our house, not their office, so they can bring me clam chowder!!!!! Having a husband whose his own boss can be so hard since he's always freaking working, but moments like this make me love it!

@NachosAndPeaches Actually that's incorrect. You can eat seafood every day if you want, it's just fish that high in Mercury that you should be limiting, like tuna.

I get them from Publix, but they don't exist in the SW. Do you have a Panera by you? They will even score the top for you so you just have to rip the top off.

I'm 18 weeks along and have been eating ivars clam chowder (have recipe and make it at home) all along with no problems. If you are close to a restaurant I'm so jealous!
