Im 14W n 1D preg n its ma first pregnancy...i pump up on ice cold water whenever im thirsty is it true that am gon experience more painful labour cause of the ice cold water?anyone with that experience?

Uhhhhh what? That's all I drink is ice water. It's good for you. I'd read a few pregnancy books and come back and try again later. I'm guessing this is MUD. What's " pumping up " mean anyway ?
