Stomach sickness

I am at 27 weeks and I either have the worst heart burn or today I have thrown up twice and I haven't done that in months. My sister is an obgyn and says I might have a stomach bug. Any one else have this?

    I had a stomach bug two weeks ago and it was awful. Pay close attention to signs of dehydration. I couldn't keep water down, so it was only about 10 hours of throwing up before I was so dehydrated I needed to be at the hospital getting monitored and reviewing IV fluids.
