Afternoon Nausea

Anyone else dealing with afternoon - evening nausea? I don't have any morning sickness but I've been taking Diclegis in the night and in the morning but my nausea peaks from 3pm-7pm and it's terrible. I've tried taking. Another dose of Diclegis, sucking on ginger pops, lemon, nothing helps. Anyone have anything that's worked for them?

Re: Afternoon Nausea

  • I had afternoon/evening nausea and the only thing that helped was eating or sour haribo gummi bears. I always thought it was so strange! Glad to know there are others.
  • I had severe morning sickness that turned into sickness at night. I found eating something small and drinking a bottle of water around the time I usually get sick helped me. Good luck!

  • Mine hits the worst at EXACTLY the same time as you. It makes eating dinner really really tough. An afternoon dose of diclectin does nothing to help it I find. To be honest I sit on the couch after work and then take a shower and go to bed early. The showers help. Nothing else does! It's brutal.
  • My doc had me start the unisom/b6 and I swear, nothing works better for me. I know it varies by person but I feel so much better. I have really bad days if I forget to take it the night before.
