Nausea in the second trimester.

So I had pretty bad nausea and sickness with the pregnancy #3, compared to my guest two. The nausea was strong from week 4/5 to 9, then on and off till 12 weeks, then nothing. I'm 15 weeks 2 days today and all of a sudden sitting at my daughters gymnastics class it showed up, s bad I had to throw up. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this, I was thinking I was in the clear but then I also hope it's not some stomach bug!
