when to TTC again?

Our midwife told us we could try again as soon as my HCG was at zero... has anyone gotten the same advice or just not waited for 2 to 3 cycles before trying again?

    I just had a natural miscarriage on Sept. 30th at 11 weeks (we found out at 13). Our doctor said to wait 2 periods but I've done tons of reading online and my husband and I decided we don't want to wait (we don't necessarily like or trust that doctor). We haven't used protection, but I'm not sure when or if I've ovulated yet. It might be reckless, but I just don't want to wait and from what I've read there's no serious reason to. The worst I've heard is that there MIGHT be a slightly increased chance of miscarriage if you conceive too early. We're risking it. I took a test this morning that was negative, so I'm either not pregnant this time around or it's a little too early.

    Oh I've got my fingers crossed for you! We mc October 5th at 12 weeks so you were right there with me on timing
