Forgot to take my progesterone

Hi all, I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant and take 200 mg progesterone every night. I haven't been diagnosed with low progesterone, it's just preventative because of my age. I am currently out of town for work and I forgot to take it! Now I'm freaking out! I've emailed my doctor to see if I should just take one the morning. In the meantime, I was hoping the experience of you ladies could calm me down. Anyone ever do this??

I'm sure one night is not going to affect anything especially seeing as it is preventative. You can call your pharmacy as well to ask them about missed dose.

One or two nights shouldn't be too bad.  There have been a couple of nights that I forgot mine (darn exhaustion and pregnancy brain!).  I haven't noticed a difference.  Similar to you, my progesterone is precautionary.  Still, I don't want to cause sever changes in progesterone levels, if I can help it.  Hopefully, your doctor was able to ease your concerns.

I take 100 mg in the morning and 100mg at night do i would guess you could take some now and be fine.
