Our LO sleeps in her rock and play at night next to our bed. We put her in Pack N Play sometimes for naps but she usually wakes up soon after. I admit that now that she's sleeping longer at night, when she's out I put her back in RNP for night because I want to sleep too.
Anyone have any tips for transitioning from RNP to flat surface? My husband is concerned she's gotten too used to it which will make transition to crib difficult. I'm just trying to take it one day at a time! Thanks!
Re: Transition to Flat Surface
My LO started moving too much and would wake himself and back sleeping was causing spit up.
After you have mastered the transition to a hard surface, dont forget it's ok to do tummy sleeping. Baby will get great rest while developing back and neck muscles that become crucial for when she starts to roll and needs the strength to move her head while sleeping. Hope this helps!
