While it gives you different "points of view" that will just lead to you comparing yourself to all the other stories or symptoms you're reading. I would only rely on my doctor because (other than myself) he's the only one that knows my medical history and is examining my body through my pregnancy, not the world wide web. Just my opinion.MercyC1130 said:I agree that you should talk to your doctor.
However, I must say that I am very much for researching while pregnant. It allows you to get other points of view that you can bring to your doctor.
In fact, with all this information at our fingertips I would think it's silly to only rely on your one doctor for information.
As long as you aren't the type to believe everything you read, to ignore your gut feeling or signs of real danger, or to freak out and think everything is cancer, I think researching is very empowering.
