Intro.

Hi Everyone!

New to all this, not only the bump but the whole being pregnant thing as this is our first.

Expected AF last friday, she never showed up and I've been compulsively taking pregnancy tests since then. I bought at pack of 25 off amazon for 10.00, I couldn't help myself. I'm about 4 weeks 5 days if my math is correct.

I'm very nervous but really excited.

We have an appointment on the 10th of November and I'm trying to relax. 

My Due date would be the 1st of July but could be before or could be after.

I'm trying to keep off Google, thing is the most stressful part. You want self diagnose all the time for every little thing.

Congrats! I found a good pregnancy book much more reassuring than google. You get comprehensive information instead of the rabbit hole that is the internet!

I just ordered a book of Amazon last night after reading a bunch of reviews, I wanted something that would help me not stress so much and teach me calming tech, so I hope this one helps. The reviews were pretty good anyway.

The Mindful Mom-To-Be: A Modern Doula's Guide to Building a Healthy Foundation from Pregnancy Through Birth

It was about 15.00, I was reading that what to expect when you're expecting might be a little out dated and that I want to have a more holistic pregnancy, if that makes sense.
