Exhausted

35 weeks pregnant here and I can't seem to do anything except sleep or think about sleep. Anyone else experiencing this? Thank you :)

  • Yep, and it only gets worse once baby's born. Feeling rested is a thing of the past, at least for the next 18 years.
  • It's 3:458am and I'm pumping. Sleep while you can because there's no "sleep when baby sleeps"...not for me, anyway.

  • I'm being induced tomorrow and the pure anxiety and excitement of know I'll see my little guy by Friday has kept me up since my doctors appointment last week... Add a very active LO who wants to play "let's see how many things I can dance to" ...... Yup I just take naps at the end of the day when I can..
  • Yup.  Exhausted, and combined with the 10lb of water weight I gained in less than three weeks, has left me just wanting to hug my cats on the couch all day.  36+2.. I'm just praying I have less than a month left at this point.

  • Yes. Last night was the 1st night I was able to sleep since Friday. I did wake up once to go to the bathroom, but I was able to fall back asleep very quickly.
It also help that my DH is now sleeping in the other room because I wake up so often at night time, that I don't let him sleep. Needless to say, I had the whole bed to myself. :)
  • Welcome to the home stretch!

I just keep thinking this can't be as bad as how exhausted I will be after our LO is here from all of the late night feedings, diaper changes, etc but it doesn't seem to help right now!
