This is my first pregnancy and I've had a lower back ache on my right side pretty much my whole pregnancy. Had light pink discharge last night and only that once. Took me and my husband nine months to fall pregnant and am worried as we want our little peanut to stick! Called obgyn and says its normal but ive worried about miscarrying since I got my BFP. Every twinge cramp anything I run to the bathroom to make sure I'm not bleeding. I'm 5 weeks 5 days today and don't have my first u/s until Nov. 5th

This is all pretty normal and if you're doctor isn't worried, I wouldn't me worried.

Nov 5th will be here before you know it! I think all of us first time moms are just hyper aware of everything.

Totally normal!  I have no history of loss, and I am still running to the bathroom expecting the worst, almost every day...

No need to worry! You'll be experiencing a lot of weird aches and twinges throughout your pregnancy. It is so easy to worry in early pregnancy. This is #2 for me and even though we've already seen the heartbeat on u/s, I still think about the what ifs. Just relax and remind yourself that today, you are pregnant!
