Reminder: Get ready for baby's first end of daylight savings time!

Daylight savings time ends this weekend. If you live in a place that observes it, like me, it's time to get ready for it. They say that if your baby isn't super sleep sensitive you can just jump to the new times and then wait for her to adjust. It can take a few days, or in some cases baby gets used to it in one day. Another choice is you can do it gradually at the end of the week. Instead of putting her down at 7:30, put her down at 7:45 on Thursday. On Friday put her down at 8pm. On Saturday put her down at 8:15. And by Sunday you'll be putting her down at 7:30 (which will feel like 8:30).
