we are having a horrible time coming up with a name that we both agree on ; boyfriend really likes the name Callie and is set on it ... I like the name Callie but dont love it ; what's everyone's opinions on the name Callie as a first name , also what are some middle names that would flow good with it , last name is Flick .

You could do Calista which means beautiful I believe.

I love the name Calista in fact it was our top pick until my husband decided he no longer likes it, ugh! The nick name would've been Callie. We were going to use Mae as the middle name (my moms middle name).

Callie is too nicknamey for a given name. Combined with Mae it sounds super country.

I think it's more of a nickname, short for something. It's cute, but doesn't seem like a full name. Imagine being 45 and your name is Callie. Doesn't seem right for some reason.

I like Callie as a nn. I know a Calynn who goes by Callie sometimes.

I have a friend whose daughter is Callie Elizabeth, I think it is pretty. I tend to like names that have nick names so I might lean to something like Calliopi or Calista but I think Callie by itself is also fine
