Feeling Pessimistic-Hook Effect This Early?

I've been incredibly sick with headache and MS the past few days. When I went to bed last night, however, I actually felt some relief. This morning, slightly sick again, but I was actually able to eat breakfast and drink some water. I decided to POAS, and it wasn't as dark or darker than the control like it was before. I'm only 5w6d, and wondering if it's possible to have the Hook Effect this early?

I would imagine it could start that early.  Otherwise, concentrations can change day to day anyway.  I wouldn't stress over it!!  Stop testing :-)  When is your next appointment?

I don't have my first appointment for another 1.5 weeks! However, I just had the urge to pee again and only had two tests left (and I will NOT being purchasing more). And guess what? Diluted urine was much darker!

Lesson to learn from me being BSC:  Either a) Stop peeing on all the sticks, or b) Dilute your urine if you have any concerns.

I still have sticks too.  I haven't tested since about 4.5 weeks. :-)

I've driven myself crazy with POAS too. I'm vowing to stop POAS. Care to join me?

I've never understood the multiple poas thing. Oncr you have a positive, its positive. If you don't have any bleeding there is no reason to obsess over it

I miscarried my last pregnancy with zero bleeding. To be honest, I'm terrified that will happen again. I pee on all the sticks because it helps me feel better. Is it irrational? Probably. But it helps me. But I'm done now. Not buying anymore.
