Present from the baby

I'm looking for a great big sister present we can't give to our two and a half year old. We want to say it's a present from the baby. Anyone have any ideas?

(My mil is already giving her a leap frog camera to take her own pictures of the baby, and my mom is giving her a baby doll to take in the tub so she can give the baby a bath when we bath the new baby. )

We decided to keep it simple and just give her something she'd be excited about to play with in the hospital. We ended up with an Ana doll because she's obsessed with frozen right now.

I have a 2.5 year old boy, but we just did simple things like some new books (Curious George), a movie (A Bug's Life), a camelbak cup, bath crayons and some m&ms (his favorite). He loved it!

We didn't do a gift from sister necessarily, but my big daughter (she's 4) has loved getting clothes that match the baby. She loved taking pictures WITH her sister when they are "twinsies".

I have a 3.5 year old son. We bought him things that he already loves and then some activities he could do while in the hospital. Target had a bunch of Crayola on clearance so we got him a traveling case with crayons and paper and a book of cars stickers and some candies and cars. He loved it!!
