Anyone else? Postpartum uterine infection/bleeding

Gals- I'm 10d postpartum and am passing large clots (bigger than golf ball size) every time I go to the bathroom. I finally went to my midwife today and they are pretty sure I have a uterine infection. I had a vaginal delivery and they say this is pretty rare... Anyone else passing big clots every time they pee?? I'm just getting so scared seeing it every time
