Very possible Miscarriage

Hello there; I'm currently 7 weeks along and today(5pm) I started bleeding there's no cramping though. I'm not sure if I should go to the ER to make sure if it's a miscarriage happening because tomorrow morning I have a doc. Appointment for my first ultrasound therefore my doc can tell me what's going on. My concern is, quite a lot of people know I'm pregnant how can I tell them "oh I'm not pregnant no more"..?? It's very difficult for me. If this is happening I would just cry and cry but also be embarrassed around my family since I wasn't too far along my pregnancy. Any advice??!!

If you have an uneasy feeling I would go. I made an apt and went the very next morning I was bleeding, my mind wondered all night but the doctor said it was probably nothing it turned out to be a blighted ovum. So it's all up to you.if your bleeding alot and cramping I definitely would. Knowing what I went thru I would of went that night. We were planning too but just waited til morning. Nothing would have changed the outcome but I would of went that night. Prayers to you and your baby that everything is fine :x

I would go right away. Unfortunately, I was doing fine saturday then sunday morning I was being told I was having a miscarriage. See your doctor.
