S (+)TM's and membrane sweep

I'm sorry I know this topic is killed but I haven't seen anything with input on my specific question.
It is my understanding that a membrane sweep will only work if the cervix is favorable.
This is my 3rd pregnancy I am due Saturday. My OB did the sweep this morning.
I'm just curious if anyone has had this done with their 2nd or more pregnancys and felt it worked better? If that makes any sense?

I've never had one with my other two. I had two this time. I'm still pregnant. 39 week appt tomorrow. Induction for 10/24

I didn't have it done with my first 2. I had it done with this one when I was 4cm and bulging waters and my water broke an hour later.

I had one with my first and went into labor the next day. Was only 1 cm dilated when she did that one. I had to have two with my second baby, both times I was more dilated than 1 cm. but I don't think they worked for my second pregnancy...I went into labor about 48 hours after the last one, so it's hard to say.
