Bleeding??

How much blood is normal after getting your membranes stripped? I know spotting is normal I had it done with my 1st but it seems like forever ago. I'm pregnant with my second and just had the stripped and the red blood when I wipe is freaking me out.

My doctor said as long as it wasn't so much that I needed to wear a pad (not panty liner) that I was fine.... She said especially if the sotting was accompanied by cramps. This was just after  my cervical check not even a strip. That being said... if you are concerned it is always a good idea to call the after hours number at your ob and ask.
