Itchy bumps popping up?

I noticed two or three days ago I had two or three itchy red spots that sorta resembled bug bites but we're really itchy like poison ivy itchy!!! I haven't come into contact with anything like that. I have three on my stomach two on my arm two on a finger three or four now on my face like around my jaw line and about six on the back of my legs. I've tried my best not to scratch but I gave in early and scratched my leg good. Of course now I'm itching worse. Is this something pregnancy related? Totally coincidental? And what can I do for the itch while pregnant? I've tried calamine lotion to no avail

I had some pretty bad bumps/rash on my legs and arms during the first couple of weeks of my pregnancy. They eventually went away, it it was a battle to not scratch them.

I used cortisone cream and it was better than calamine lotion. I had it for 2 weeks and it was such a pain!
