I would talk to your doctor but Tylenol, a little caffeine and staying hydrated are typically the first recommendations. I ended up with a stronger prescription with my second. You also try heat or cold packs, chiropractor or massage.
I have also found a magnesium supplement (I prefer topical) helpful with headaches/migranes that keep recurring.

@livinreality I'm intrigued...Where can I find a topical magnesium supplement? I've had migraines for years and I've never heard of something like that. I'm always willing to try something new.
@LizC216 I got it off of Amazon (Magnesium Oil by Seven Minerals) but possibly a vitamin/supplement store might have it.
It has been amazing for me, physical therapist recommended looking into a magnesium supplement and when researching found the topical. I have been able to go off a migraine preventor (Topamax), reduce physical therapy and reduce both headaches and migraines dramatically.

Since week 9 I've been having them bad too. But hoping now that I am at 12 weeks andnalmost done with first tri it will diminish. We will see. chiropractic helps.
@livinreality I'm so annoying, but where do you apply it? My migraines used to come over my eyes, but now they start in the back of head/neck and move into my eyes. I cannot wait to try this out!
@LizC216 I started on the bottom of my feet daily then added my legs (building up tolerance) then I also apply as needed on shoulders, neck and temples as needed. I hope it helps.

I started getting headaches around 8 weeks, as long as your vision isn't blurry and you're not dizzy, it's ok to take Tylenol. My Dr. Told me only 55mg though, which is way less than others I have read here. I'm ok with that though because it takes the headache away. Make sure to look for Tylenol that doesn't contain aspirin, alcohol, and ibuprofen .
