Cleaning services?

Is there any of you working moms out there who have a cleaning service come? I was thinking of having someone come once a week (on a thursday when everything has usually gone to hell in a hand basket at home lol). How did you find a reliable, trustworthy person? What's the going rate? And what do you have them do? I've heard you usually need to have everything picked up before they get there which I'm thinking will be excellent motivation to keep me on the ball haha.

I hired MollyMaids for a bit.. I have a 4br, 2.5 bath house, but I never had them clean the whole thing (we have some unused rooms.) It was 85ish every other week, and that always included the kitchen and the master, then I'd direct them to the other focus areas.
Quoted for the whole house was more like 135, and I live in Pittsburgh.

I found a cleaning woman not connected to a company through a family member who uses her. She cleans the kitchen, living room/dining room and main bathroom for $50. She comes bi-weekly. Nothing like coming home to the smell of a clean house.
