I want to surprise my husband with tickets to Ireland for our ten year anniversary in May. But our baby girl will be 16 months at the time.

Everyone I've talked to says you need at least 7-10 days to truly experience the Emerald Isle. I'm torn because that feels like a long time to have my parents watch the baby, but can we truly relax and enjoy the Irish life with a little one in tow?
