Moms Group?

Hello ladies!

A while back when my aunt was pregnant she would always talk about this moms group she was a part of on Facebook, it was really cool. It was a way for moms from the same area to interact and go through this journey together. They posted any questions they had, advice, rants, pictures, etc. They even stayed active after they had their babies and posted pictures of their little ones as they grew up. I would love to create a group on Facebook and have the ladies in the May 2016 Birth Month Club join. If this sounds like something you would be interested in let me know and if enough people are I will create a group and let you all know how to find it and join! It would be a private group so only people in the group can see the contents posted.

There's someone that already made one if you use the search function and find the thread not sure how it's going because I haven't joined. But I feel like this forum serves the same purpose without the personal info involved. But yeah, just wanted to let you know it already exists!

sophieophieoh The only one I can find is for moms with an estimated due date of May 22nd-28th, I'm thinking about creating one just for May in general since due dates are only an estimate and not a for sure thing you know

You can't search it on FB, search the board here. I think it's called "start FB group NOW" or something similar.

There is actually more than one thread about the FB group. It took on a life of its own. WARNING to anyone planning on joining.. please do not post your private email accounts or info here. Lots of crazies on the interwebs that can get it. I still don't see how that's more benefical than just forming relationships on TB but to each his own I guess.

@chottomotto, Did the group get too large or why did you guys decide to close it? And when? I had sent a request to livelaughlove over a week ago on the FB Group Now thread but didn't hear/ see anything. I know it's hard to tell tone online, I'm just curious, I get that keeping a revolving door open can be troublesome to creating a close and comfortable group.

@BrunetteBabe722 , I'd be in! My Oct 2011 fb group (that originated on the Bump) is still extremely active and supportive 4 years later.

Yay, I'll create one later today! From what I read over on the other Facebook thread if it's going to be a private or secret group then I'll need your Facebook email to send you guys an invite. Go ahead and private message me if you want to be in the group!
