Hey everyone,
So this is my first pregnancy so everything is all new to me. I found out while I was 4 weeks 5 days and the only symptoms I had was sore boobs and constipation. Week 6 rolls around and mild nausea starts but I had attributed it to the constipation. But I just started week 7 yesterday and it seems like everything got way worse over night. Like my boobs feel like someone is squeezing them relentlessly and I had a random hormonal crying fit because I feel so nauseous that I can't do anything. Has anyone had this happen to them before? I know that all these symptoms are normal but to have them go from mild discomfort to this seems a bit extreme.

I'm 5 weeks right now, so I'm hoping for 1-2 more good weeks before the massive sickness hits me
Os I have always been really sick, I took Zofran with my last pregnancy but it didn't help me.. this time I am trying Seabreeze the armband amd aromatherapy I know this may sound funny but it is helping me...
Hope you all feel better
I drink ginger root infused water, lemon water, la croix. No coffee or caffeine. I make sure to always have something in my stomach and have protein every two hours, even if it's just a babybel or some almonds. I force myself to eat meat and noticed that after I eat meat I feel better. I've been staying away from sweets for the only reason that just thinking about them makes me want to gag. Fruits, cheese, meat, and some bread is all I've been eating. I've been dousing bagels in cream cheese. And I've been drinking green smoothies to help get my spinach and veggies in. I swear this diet is helping, but I also hate throwing up and will do anything to avoid it.
I also took prenatals for a year and a half before conceiving and supposedly that helps, though I don't know the science behind it at all.
