The exhaustion is so awful. I can barely function after 7pm. Last night I was in bed by 6:30 leaving dinner clean up and putting my DS to bed to my DH. He was a champ last night, but I know it is going to get old fast.
I don't know if it is because I cut back significantly on my caffeine (I was like a 1 pot per day person, and yesterday was the first day I didn't have any). I have been trying to keep it to one cup per day.
I know exercise helps. But how am I supposed to exercise when I can barely keep my eyes open at 6:30??

Eating throughout the day helps me, I also frequently get up from my desk.
I legitimately almost fell asleep behind the wheel last week which was terrifying. I forgot how tired I get first tri, and the reduced caffeine just makes it that much worse
