need some advice please !

So today is CD 4 and we ended up doing something last night twice and again today. We had a lot of tension going on recently and we obviously released some of that... My concern is when to do it again since I want to try this month and now I feel like we messed up this cycle. I'm usually starting fertile window around cd 11 or 12 and o on 14 or 15. I feel like his sperm is going to be no good now from doing it three times in two days :-/ how long would you wait. I was thinking not to do it again for about four or five days cd 8 or 9 and then not again till cd 11 or 12. Can I get some advice ?? Did us doing it three times in two days mess up this month ? He still has time to replenish right ?!

Dr. Google says that sperm replenishes in 24-36 hours for men with normal sperm counts. Sounds like you have plenty of time.

You have time so you are good. Besides getting out some stress can help. And can I just say damn 2 times in 1 night. I'm so tired we barely go once. Someone is probably a happy lady today.

Didn't someone post the other day that their doc recommended "hitting it hard" during their fertile period regardless of the advice about sperm replenishing time? (I think I read that here, but maybe it was on the general TTGP board.) Seems like if stamina/enthusiasm is not a problem, that's not a terrible approach...

My RE has him abstain for at least 2 days before IUI and then BD the night of and sometime the day after IUI.  When we were doing TI he would have us BD for 3 days after I triggered

Our RE always said as much as possible. Kind of funny because my OB says every other day during fertile time since I couldn't pinpoint O.  Also important to make sure he has ejaculated at least once in 3 or 4 days prior to BDing during fertile time because you don't want dead or lazy boys that have been chillin for over a week or more to come out when you need active boys!

Go at it like monkeys all you want.  Only, when you're about one or two days away from the fertile window, take a 1-2 day break.  Then go at it like monkeys again. 

I just saw an article on HuffPo (sorry, it was a few days and don't see the link) that frequent sex, even outside the fertile window, helps prepare your body for pregnancy, by increasing the hormones that are good to have when you're pregnant. 

I'm not going to get pregnant from sex (gay), but after reading that article, we've decided to increase our sex, just to see if it helps.  It's certainly not going to hurt!
