Hi. I am only 4w4d right now. Been getting my betas and prog tested since Monday (when I got my bfp). Monday my beta was 103 and prog was 13 ish. Wednesday 197 and 19 and today 397 and down to 14 ish. I'm on the 200 mg capsules,2x a day. Dr just increased it to 3x a day. She's not worried that my numbers are not quite doubling because they almost are. But concerned that the prog went down.

Some background.... DS concieved after 2 round of clomid and iui. 2nd pregnancy (miraculous conception) ended at 11 weeks due to blood clot. This pregnancy was after clomid/iui again.

    I realized I didn't actually ask my questions. ... Does anyone have experience with either betas not quite doubling (but close) or their prog going down? The Dr doesn't seem too concerned. But I am so nervous.

    I know someone whose progesterone kept going down and she ended up having a chemical pregnancy, but her HCG levels were never high like yours either. If your doctor isn't concerned then I wouldn't be. Try not to stress about it, it won't help! I know that's easier said than done.

    Treatment: Clomid:  50mg, 100mg, 150mg - not successful and not monitored

                      Menopur 75ml (upped to 112.5ml), Ovidrel, & IUI  IUI #1 8/31/2015

    9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!
    Heartbeat 10/2/2015: 118bpm
    DS: 5/27/2016

    TTC# 2: 12/2017
    BFP: 4/20/2018
    EDD: 12/29/2018

    Just wanted to add an update.  After my prog dropped again (after writing this) i was getting really nervous.  they increased my progesterone again (3x a day vaginally and 1x at night orally).  And today my prog. went back up to 22!!  My betas have continued their path of doubling.  Hopefully this is just one of many good signs.

    09/01/10 - First pregnancy - my sweet son was born 

    04/25/14 - Miscarriage at 9 weeks - Turner Syndrome 

    08/01/14 - Miscarriage at 8 weeks - Trisomy 9

    June/July 2015 - FET cycle with estradiol & PIO shots, a Neupogen treatment, and accupuncture

    07/08/2015 - Transferred one lovely embie 

    07/17/2015 - Beta #1 136

    07/20/2015 - Beta #2 529 -- BFP!!!
