Im having a lot of issues with supply and am working to increase what I can get. I've had lactation smoothies a few times with brewers yeast, molasses, and what germ (and fruits and spinach and things). Today I ate one as I started to pump and got what seems to be twice what I ever have before (still not that much, but big improvement!). Could the yeast, etc have an immediate impact like that or is it likely coincidence?
Probably just a coincidence but when I started eating the lactation cookies with Brewers yeast it took about 3 days and my supply took off. Hope yours continues!

I have been eating brewers yeast in these little oatmeal bites I made and I felt like it kicked in same day as I started. Like PP said, it may have been a coincedence but I'll take it.
Same experience as pp. I had been supplementing with up to 8 oz of formula a day. Made these delicious pumpkin lactation cookies I found on pinterest and haven't needed to supplement since the day I started eating them! I was not expecting that or i would have started sooner! Plus I've been able to feeze 2 oz a day which is a lot for a low producer!
