38 weeks and unstable lie- any other experiences?

Just seeing if anyone else has had experience with an unstable lie. They did an EVC on Tuesday but baby has flipped back. She has been oblique, transverse, breech, and head down (from the EVC-i don't think she has on her own though). There are tons of opinions out there on how long to wait, what interventions to use, weighing risks and benefits and I just wanted to see if I wasn't alone? Thanks!
