Hello!
I am a first time mommy/bumpie and first time ever being pregnant. I know I need to be taking a prenatal. However every prenatal I read about always has something bad written about it, not enough folic acid may cause birth defects. I bought vita fusion prenatal gummies (easier for me to get down). Is there a really great brand out there that is safe and trusted that anyone could recommend? I'm almost 6 weeks so I don't have my first appointment for another few weeks.

You can also add on another folic acid supplement if your prenatal does not have as many mg as your doc recommends.

I do gummy prenatals because they taste good. My ob said I could also continue taking my multivitamin with a folic acid supplement.

i would also suggest stepping away from google. Grab a bottle of prenatals and breathe.

I agree with PP. They will all help your baby. Speak to you OB or MW if you have questions.

Also, you may want to consider changing your username to something other than your full name. The crazies they rae out there! Good luck!
