is this diarrhea?

baby is 4 weeks old and mostly breastfed she has formula when others watch her and once a day (3oz) when DH gets home so I can get things done around the house. yesterday LO barely pooped maybe one good time the rest were little bitty spots in her diaper. now today she has had two dirty diapers and they were both bright yellow and extremely watery. there were no little "cottage cheese" like poop in it at all. wasn't sure if it was because she didn't poop much yesterday or if she was sick. she also hasn't been throwing up or acting sick at all and eating just fine actually a little more while breastfeeding.

It's hard to say for sure but it sounds normal to me. My second had poop like that for a few months straight. I brought it up to the pediatrician a few times and he assured me it was normal for breastfed babies.

I was told that diarrhea in a baby is based on how often they go in an hour and not necessarily the cobsistency of the poop
