5 weeks.. Progesterone is a 6

anyone know anything about this? I don't feel like it's a good number. Based off my cycle I would be 8 weeks. But ultrasound showed only a 5 week sac. Did bloodwork Monday and those results were hcg 942 and progesterone 6. I went again today. They said if my hcg doubles they will do progesterone supplements.. If not I'm going to lose the baby and they won't do progesterone. I'm worried. Anyone else had this happen before?
