Anyone know of any safe workout splits for the first trimester?

I'm a first timer and have been a nervous nelly about working out and have been avoiding the gym all together because I don't know what is safe and what isn't. I usually train a different body part each day accompanied by cardio. Usually I'd ask a trainer or a friend but I'm still in secret mode so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I'm just continuing my training as normal at the moment. I have my husband spot my bench presses so there's no risk of the bar landing on my abdomen, but other than that it's business as usual, including increasing the weight I lift. But I am only in my seventh week so far.
