Uterine prolapse

Just had my first appointment and everything looks great with the baby, but my dr said "your uterus is prolapsed. Your cervix is like right here!" But didn't seem concerned. I asked if it would cause issues with the pregnancy and she said it shouldn't. I guess I need to up my kegals, but I feel like it is a bigger deal than she was brushing it off as. Am I just overreacting? Anyone with any experience?
