Bad back pain

I am 5weeks 4 days and have really bad back pain. Is this something to be concerned about? Thanks!

    If you're concerned, call your doctor. But you have lots of hormones right now and your body is getting ready to hold a lot of extra weight. My hips and legs hurt really bad with my first.

    My back has been killing me as well. I'm assuming its normal as I had the same thing with my first.

    Pain without any bleeding is likely not a concern.  If it persists or you start to have any bleeding call your doctor.

    I actually just decided to come on here and see if anyone has asked anything about back pain. I googled it some. I remember having a little with my first, but right now after a long day at work, my lower and middle back is aching sooooo bad. I'm about to put a heat pack on it. I'm just gonna assume it's normal and talk to OB on Monday at my first appointment.
