When am I due?

I am so confused. My last period was August 21 and according to the online calculators I am due May 27, however when I was at my Doctor's, she said my due date was June 30. Did she make a mistake? Thanks.

That's a huge difference. Did she mean May 30th? Call back and ask for clarification.

Also, your true due date will come from an ultrasound. LMP is only an estimate because most women don't have a 28- day cycle.

Maybe she put in September 21 instead of August! When did you take a test? No matter what an ultrasound will tell you how far along you are when they are able to measure LO! Have you called your doctor to ask?

That definitely doesn't make sense, because for you to be due June 30, you would conceive around October 8, which hasn't happened yet. You wouldn't be able to have a positive home pregnancy test or confirm a pregnancy. It sounds like she misspoke, and probably meant May 30, but I would call and inquire. Did she calculate your EDD based on LMP or from an ultrasound measurement?

Thanks! I am sure I'm right and she made a mistake. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Ultrasound in 2 weeks to confirm!
