pregnant before first period after natrual miscarriage

So I had a natural miscarriage on September 11th. Bled for about a week and had passed everything when I went to my ob. They said we could try again as soon as the bleeding stopped. Me and my husband tried right away and now I'm feeling some of the same symptoms I had when j first found out I was pregnant. I read that you're more fertile right after a miscarriage and I was wondering if anyone's had success with a pregnancy right after miscarriage!

You might want to try the pregnant after loss board. Since most of us are still TTC, you may not get many stories if success. I am obviously not a success story as it has been well over a year since my loss and no BFP.

Agree with PP. Also, many women (myself included) say that after pregnancy/their loss that their period symptoms are a lot different than prior to their loss and can be much like those of the pregnancy symptoms you experienced. Not sure why Mother Nature has to torture us so, but FX that this is not the case for you and that you get your BFP!

I would say that if you think you could be pregnant than just pee on a stick.  There is a lot of evidence that woman are fertile after a miscarriage, but each person is different.  Hopefully your doc followed your HCG to 0 so the miscarriage and a future pregnancy aren't confused.  Did you ever take a HPT during your recovery to make sure it was negative?  A $1 HPT will give you the most answers.

Just before my first period I basically got morning sickness including vomitting and not wanting anything to touch my stomach. I hadn't been trying though so I knew I couldn't be pregnant. Don't get your hopes up too much.
