Oh, no. I feel for you- that was me last pregnancy and I'm holding my breath for this one. Definitely try to keep as hydrated as possible. If you can handle it, ginger root tea worked for me until I was able to get a scrip from my dr.
Crystallized ginger in my purse and saltines at home and in my car. Lots of very small meals and water. Slow deep breaths when it hits you and focus on a spot on a wall until it calms down. Not only am I getting a little MS myself now but I've suffered from grastric reflux and other tummy issues since I was in college where I get sick easy.
During my first pregnancy I kept a pocket full of jolly ranchers, which really helped while I was at work. During my second, I had read that fresh lemon eased nausea so I sipped lemon water or got a lemon berry slush from sonic. Both helped a lot.
I've also heard people having lunch with sea bands, but be never tried them.
Thanks ladies!! It's gotten to a level that it will impact me during the day at work. I've literally been laying around all day moving from couch to bathroom. The gagging and dry heaving has to be the worst part of it.
I'm seeing my doctor on Thursday so I may ask for a script for when I have really horrendous days.
Im only 4 weeks but I have had all day nausea since Thursday. I knew I'd be super sensitive as I am very motion sick and always puke with any anesthesia/pain medication. I have such a sensitive stomach. Today was the first time in five days I ate a full meal, I lost 3lbs from a week ago. I have known about essential oils and finally got some peppermint oil, rubbed it on my temples and sniffed it. An hour later the nausea let up, had dinner, and my headache was gone. I also have been drinking peppermint tea and using peppermint chap stick LOL. Peppermint really helps me with nausea/vomiting in any regard post op or MS.
With my first pregnancy coke and saltines helped me. I only experiences MS in the middle of the night and it always woke me up. So, coke and saltines at 2am on the couch watching Friends is what got me through.
I "second" ginger (including ginger candies like Gin-Gins) and peppermint tea and gum/mints. I know its hard but constant snacking will likely help. I also "second" @aloha5736 with the essential oils. I don't really have MS (at least not yet) but anytime I've been nauseated I smell a little peppermint and it helps.
With my first I'd keep granola bars or crackers next to my bed and eat some before I did anything in the morning. ANYTHING. Also if you get it through the day try eating 2-3 grapes every hour. It will be enough to put a little something in your tummy and give you a little hydration.

I did read you have to be careful with peppermint essential oils, when I wasn't pregnant I would drink lemon, grapefruit, etc. can't do that pregnant. I smell it and occasionally rub it on my temples, omg worked for me tonight LOL. I usually do it for headaches. I dropped three lbs in five days and I'm only 135 lbs....so I had to do something. I've just had a very big lack of appetite. I'm so anti med lol, and I'm a nurse LOL, so we'll see how this goes.
Teas can really help (ginger, herbal, peppermint, etc). Boost your B6 intake. Make sure you are staying hydrated. Citrus in water in the morning can be a lifesaver!

I am so sorry your so sick! I had HP with my first pregnancy, (hit me at 6 weeks- I am good right now but hoping for the best in the next week or so) anyway, here's what helped me:
- jolly ranchers
-eat constantly, small healthy meals
- stay hydrated (water made me puke, but flavored water and I was fine)
-ginger ale
-crackers
-getting enough rest (I felt much worse if extra tired/too much exertion)
-prescription- I finally caved and was prescribed zofran
-gummy prenatals (you guessed it, the regular ones made me puke)
-peppermint scent (I actually had a candle it helped) and peppermint candies.
Hope this helps! Just a warning- I got my very first cavity from all the jolly ranchers/peppermints. Hope you get some relief soon!
Yesterday I couldn't stop puking :-( I didn't get sick at all with my first so I am looking for ways to cope. I did shave some fresh ginger root into my La Croix yesterday with provided temporary relief. I'll have to try some of the other methods too.

Yes it is best to not come in skin contact with essential oils because they can enter the bloodstream. I'm a skincare professional and at work I stopped doing services that require them. Better safe than sorry.
With my last pregnancy I had BAD morning sickness. The only thing that helped me was eating but I was already so bloated that eating all the time eventually made me feel worse. I was actually considering taking time off work to just lie around at home and feel sorry for myself and then I got a script. Holy frig do those ever work! Within 2 days I felt like a normal human being again, lol. Totally going that route again this time if it gets bad!

Unisom + B6
Preggy Pop candies
Ginger
Small meals + snacks so you always have something on your stomach
Acupuncture
Try all the things then talk to your OB/MW if it's not making a difference
The only ginger product that seem to work for me is gingerale so I will keep drinking that.
