Psoriasis?

I'm not due for a few months yet, but I'm already thinking about this...I really want to breastfeed, but I have severe psoriasis. It's everywhere, including covering my nipples and the surrounding area.

Half the time I wear my shirts inside out because the seams aggravate my skin. Most days a bra is out of the question. I can only (reluctantly) imagine what nursing is going to do.

Is anyone else here dealing with this? Any tips, recommendations, or other insights into managing this?
